The "S" within ESG stands for social, as in our society: partly defined by sharing infrastructure and objects. Sharing is caring.
SMART & SUSTAINABLE INFRASTRUCTURE
The built environment of tomorrow is smart. An area that is being developed for a specific use, but also for a well-thought-out future, adaptable use or repurposing, and is in that way enabling a circular economy.
GREEN SHIFT
There is a worldwide obligation to reduce CO2 emissions by 45% by 2030. This is possible via smart PropTech applications which enable the reduction of the carbon footprint.
